Flower's Place is located in a quiet neighborhood ,in Hazel Dell area,minutes away from I–5 and I–205,shopping centers and hospitals.At Flower's Place Adult Family Home we focus on physical,emotional ,social and spiritual needs.We make every effort to provide each resident with a smooth, welcoming transition into our home.A physical ,mental and emotional assessment of each resident creates the foundation for a customized care plan designed to meet individual needs and goals.Flower's Place is designed for seniors over the age of 65 that are looking for quality care,companionship and added security.The residents can enjoy home–cooked meals that take in consideration each persons choice.We consider our residents part of our family and that is why their participation in the menu planning is welcomed but not required.We celebrate residents birthday and in additi on to that our home will celebrate Easter,Thanksgiving,Christmas and other holidays.We will also have weekly activities like music,crafts and games .Our staff is certified as medical assistants with many years of experience in the medical field speciliazing in Alzheimer/Dementia and Mental Health.Our staff is specially trained to provide dedicated,friendly and personalized services with the highest professional and ethical standards.
